Automotive Technician Requirements:

• 2 + Years of Experience as Automotive Technician REQUIRED

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.

• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.

• Computer/Technology Experience

• Multi-Tasking Ability

• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and tires, potentially up to 75 pounds

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repair

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards

• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Able to diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including but not limited to Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Steering, Suspension, Braking, Air Conditioning, etc. to specification.

• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor and Service Manager concerning the safety of inspected vehicles. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

About the Job:

We're looking for a mid-level automotive technician with 2–3 years of experience or more to join our growing team. Candidates should be comfortable with diagnostics, performing general repairs, and working independently. ASE certifications are a plus. We offer a twice-a-month pay plan with a starting guarantee, a climate-controlled work environment and a full benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues (mechanical and electrical)
• Perform brake jobs, suspension work, and engine repairs
• Complete routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks)
• Document all repairs and maintain accurate records with our proven processes
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and parts team

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in an automotive repair setting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently and meet performance goals
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
