As an Automotive Salesperson with Bob King Auto MAZDA, your primary responsibility is to sell vehicles to potential customers. You will work in a dealership setting, interacting with customers, providing them with information about different car models, and guiding them through the sales process. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
We will be conducting open interviews for this role. Please come in anytime between 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday and ask for Darin, Jotae, or Natalie to interview at 680 Peters Creek Parkway in Winston Salem, NC.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
- Listen actively to customers' requirements and provide accurate information about available vehicle options.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Sales Process:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade and negotiate with customers to close deals.
- Present and explain vehicle pricing, including financing options, lease terms, and incentives.
- Collaborate with the finance department to complete paperwork and arrange financing or leasing agreements.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls or emails to maintain contact and encourage future sales. You have follow up goals to meet daily and report to your Sales Management team.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, features, and technologies.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the vehicles available for sale, including their specifications, performance, and competitive advantages.
- Communicate effectively with customers about the benefits and unique selling points of different vehicle models.

Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Set personal sales goals in alignment with dealership targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
- Track and report sales activities, including leads generated, customer interactions, and closed deals.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.
Qualifications

We would like to see a minimum of two years of sales experience or similar experience.

Possess successful history of building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service interactions.

Expertise in Sales in some way and willingness to learn by manufacturer.
