We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our growing team! The Service Writer will be responsible for interacting with guests, scheduling valets, documenting service requests, and providing a one of a kind luxury experience to our customers at Genesis of Winston Salem.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Service Writer in automotive, preferably a dealership setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software

Team Player at all Times! Willing to go above and beyond to provide a great guest experience daily!

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests and determine their service needs
- Document service requests and communicate them effectively to the service/tech department
- Provide accurate estimates for service work and communicate any additional services needed
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary

**Pay**

This is a base plus commission role with the base being paid semi monthly, and commissions or bonuses earned, paid on the 15th of the following month.
