We are seeking an Experienced Luxury Brand Service Writer to join our growing team! The Service Writer will be responsible for interacting with guests, scheduling valets, documenting service requests, and providing a one of a kind luxury experience to our customers at Genesis of Winston Salem.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Service Writer in automotive, preferably a luxury brand
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software

Team Player at all Times! Willing to go above and beyond to provide a great guest experience daily! The ideal candidate would have enough experience in luxury brands and exceptional customer service to potentially quickly advance to a manager in training type position.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests and determine their service needs
- Document service requests and communicate them effectively to the service/tech department
- Provide accurate estimates for service work and communicate any additional services needed
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary

**Pay**

- Currently Genesis Service Advisors are on a $25 an hour pay plan based off of a 40-45 hour week.
