We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, driving sales performance and learning, while fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build the next generation of top performers!
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-centric approach daily.
  4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales.
  5. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and continuous development programs for the sales team.
  6. Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions.
  7. Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or automotive sales management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, mentor and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and tools.
  • High level of motivation, self-discipline, and integrity.
