We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and providing recommendations based on the Technician video/findings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, some automotive knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience previously at a dealership or equivalent is required to interview for this role.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, efficient service and continual communication 100% of the time!
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out any additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
Assist in explaining vehicle problems, partnering with Technicians as needed; order parts and tools as necessary
Oversee administration of warranty claims for customers partnering with Service Management
Adheres to company standards and dress code, agree to be fitted for and wear a uniform daily
Maintain good working relationship with factory(s), vendors and foster positive customer relations
Team Player attitude, helping out where needed
Successfully navigate all computer systems to get the customer's vehicle checked in and ensure all processes run smoothly, comfortable with mobile apps and technology

Dealership or Equivalent Automotive Industry EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED to be consdered for an interview for this role
Great at Multi Tasking while still focusing on the customer perception and experience

Pay Plan : Draw + Commission
Service Advisors will be paid a draw, split into two payments of $1,500 per paid period semi-monthly. On the 15th of the following month commission will be paid based on several variables. Examples include : Customer pay labor gross profit, Warranty labor gross profit, internal repair orders, to name a few. This will be reviewed further during the interview process.
