Job Summary:
We are seeking an Automotive Service BDC Specialist to join our team at Bob King Automotive Group. The Automotive Service BDC Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to service appointments, following up with customers, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall service experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is a must.
- Knowledge of automotive service terminology and procedures preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach to service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls related to service appointments and provide information to customers.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service appointments or inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
- Enter customer information accurately into the system.
- Assist customers with inquiries, service reminders, and service updates.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data privacy.

Pay Rate:

This is an hourly, full time position that pays $15.00 an hour based on a 40 hour work week. There is also an opportunity to earn a bonus each paycheck for your shown appointment rate. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
